BAN, the meat factory is producer of old polish sausages based on old polish formulas. We process mainly on pork and fillet from turkey. Our customers appreciate mostly: kabanosy, krakowska sucha (Krakow dry Sausage), myśliwska (Hunter Sausage), tatrzańska, jałowcowa (Juniper Berry Sausage), wiejska, swojska, piwna, żywiecka.

After barbecue process where we use traditional timber beech and timber alder sausages became from brown golden to darkly cherry. The result of drying process is longer expiration date and distinctive taste and smell. That is a big advantage for our customers.

Salt (in small amount) is natural preservatives in our goods. All spices and meat raw materials is supplied by certified national suppliers that have to meet very high sanitation and hygienic standards (HACCP system implemented). Next advantage is meet quality monitoring process.
