BAN, the meat factory is family company that was found on 1994. The name "BAN", is created from the first letters of owner's names: BERNARD and ANDRZEJ NIEDŹWIEDZCY. Idea to establish such kind of activity was their family tradition.

At the present moment also Bernard's and Andrzej's children are involved in production process. BAN offers a lot of noble sausages, as: krakowska sucha (Krakow dry Sausage), myśliwska (Hunter Sausage), jałowcowa (Juniper Berry Sausage), kabanosy, żywiecka, tatrzańska, wiejska, piwna, swojska, polska surowa and smoked bacon - szynka gotowana, polędwica sopocka, polędwica wędzona, baleron, ogonówka, wędzonka krotoszyńska, bekon

Producing our goods we base on old polish formulas where main preservative is salt and barbecue process is still traditional - using beech and alder wood . It gives our good specific taste and smell. We do not use any humectans or raising agents generally recognized as safe cause we know that it has influence on products quality. Our only goal is customer's satisfaction.

BAN is certified seller for UE countries that's why we buy meet only from certified suppliers. It provides highest quality. Implemented on 2004 HACCP system monitors production on each level - from beginning till the end.

Our advertising appeal is "Eat sausages without fat" ("JEDZ WĘDLINY BEZ SŁONINY") and we really try to eliminate fat from our goods.

We take a part in national and international food exhibitions. We got two prestige awards for our goods: kielbasa wiejska and kabanosy in national polish competition "Teraz Polska".

On "Grüne Woche" exhibiton in Berlin our stand was visited by hundreds inhabitants of Berlin.

Our factory BAN is located in Lubien Gorny, 6 km from Resko town and is the one of the most modern company. Country buildings are at distance of ok. 2 km with convenient access road. It is placed on north part of westpomeranian region which is agriculture, ecological, pure area, far away from municipal pollution.
